We’ll be there, not just doing the job, but making sure that you are kept fully up-to-date with progress – able to discuss ideas or concerns. We keep a folder for every project, including photographs of all stages so that we can better discuss progress with each customer.
When we leave, we want only two things to remain behind: a beautifully completed extension and a delighted customer. Until those milestones are achieved, our work isn’t over, and we won’t leave until they are. That’s what makes Newtown Renovations different.
